Our office can process the following data: first name, name, e-mail address, copy e-id, address, company registration number, national number, place and date of birth, family situation, real estate and current assets, bank details, proxy holders, ultimate beneficial owners.
The office processes personal data that the persons themselves or their relatives have supplied. The office also processes personal data that were not provided by the person itself, such as personal data provided by the client concerning his employees, directors, customers, suppliers, or shareholders.
The personal data may be collected from public sources such as the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises, the Belgian Official Journal and its annexes, the National Bank of Belgium (Central Balance Sheet Office) and similar.
The data are only processed to the extent that is necessary for the correct processing of our files.

In accordance with Article 60 of the Law of 18 September 2017, these personal data are stored for up to ten years after the end of the business relationship with the client or from the date of an occasional transaction.

The personal data of persons other than those mentioned above are only stored for the periods provided for in the applicable legislation such as accounting legislation, tax legislation, social legislation.
6.3 After the aforementioned periods have expired, the personal data will be deleted, unless another applicable legislation provides for a longer retention period.
